Welcome home, upon re-entry if you smell gas in or near your house please call 780-542-4808 and follow the prompts for an emergency to speak with a utility operator.
Gas service has not been restored to Rex Block Subdivision
A mass text message from 780-900-4680 was sent out to members in areas west and south of Drayton Valley. Areas North and Northwest of Drayton Valley outside the evacuation area would have had field personnel knock on your door, leave a note on your door or call. The message was sent to cell phone numbers we had on file and may have been send to land lines in some cases. Please respond to this message as it will help us efficiently perform relight
If you require assistance please call 780-542-4808 and follow the prompts to be put on a list and a technician will get there when available. Please be advised that due to the large number of relights there may be a delay.
Due to the high volume of requests we will be receiving we may not be able to respond promptly to all requests.
If you wish to relight your own appliances you may need to reset your regulator. Please follow the directions at the link below and please let us know that you don’t require assistance by calling 780-542-4808.
